METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS OF OPISTHORCHIASIS AFFECTION OF LIVER

FIELD: medicine, ultrasonic methods of diagnosis of opisthorchiasis affection of liver. SUBSTANCE: method includes ultrasonic examination of patient's liver; determination of increase of echogenic features of walls of intraliver bile ducts and increase of echogenic features of periportal tissue; additional assessment of state of regional hepatic lymph nodes, and in case of their increase, opisthorchiasis is diagnosed. Claimed method possesses high specificity, allows detection of changes in liver characteristic for opithorchiasis affection that determines purposeful helmintological examination and tactics of surgical management.
